WHY ANAGRAMS?

Everyone needs a hobby. Something to keep one’s mind busy and alert. For some people it’s Sudoku. Others prefer Wordle. For me it’s anagrams, which is when you rearrange the letters in a word or phrase to form a new word or phrase that has a secret hidden meaning. Anagrams have existed since Ancient Greece, but as language is constantly changing there are limitless Anagrams to discover. During Covid I began playing around with anagrams while bing watching TV and discovered that I am pretty good at finding them. By “pretty good” I mean that each one often takes up to an hour of exploration but thankfully I had a lot of free time during lockdown. As a comedian I couldn’t let that hard work go to waste so I began putting my anagrams together in a comedy bit. This proved to be a big hit with audiences so I thought I would continue my pursuit of anagrams and update them regularly on my website. Check back here for frequent updates.
